Quick method (Coles): Drag a bookmarklet to your bookmarks bar (one-time). Visit coles.com.au, browse a few pages, then click the bookmarklet. Captures non-HttpOnly cookies (enough for Imperva/Incapsula).

Full method (required for Woolworths): Woolworths uses Akamai bot detection with HttpOnly cookies (_abck, ak_bmsc, bm_*) that bookmarklets can't read. To capture all cookies:
1. Visit the retailer site and browse normally
2. Press F12 → Application tab → Cookies → click the site domain
3. Click any cookie row, then Ctrl+A to select all
4. Right-click → Copy (or Ctrl+C)
5. Click Paste above and paste into the textarea, then Save

Sessions expire after 24 hours. Re-seed before starting a scrape for best results.
