2.2 Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- Some features may be temporarily unavailable during updates
- We're not responsible for internet connectivity issues
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You must be 13 years or older to create an account
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
3.2 Account Types
- Email Account: Full features with data persistence
- Google OAuth Account: Sign in with your Google account

- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

5. Data and Privacy

- We're not affiliated with any particular retailer
- Retailer terms and conditions apply to your purchases
- We don't provide purchasing or fulfillment services
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
- You may stop using the service at any time
- Delete your account from your privacy dashboard
- Data deletion takes up to 30 days to complete
- Some anonymized data may remain for research
13.2 Termination by Us
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
- We'll provide notice except in cases of serious violations
- You can appeal account suspensions
- Service termination requires 30 days notice to users
14. Miscellaneous
